About Me

 

I am a poet and fiction writer originally from Kingston, Jamaica, now residing in Miami. I am deeply influenced by Caribbean literature and the works of authors like Derek Walcott, Kamau Brathwaite, Lorna Goodison, Martin Carter, Dennis Scott, Mervyn Morris, Pamela Mordecai, Olive Senior, and Tony McNeill.

Public Speaking and Workshops: I offer lectures and workshops on creative writing, climate justice, and the literary contributions of Marcus Garvey and other Caribbean writers.

Collaborations: I am open to collaborations with fellow writers, artists, and organizations focusing on climate justice and literary arts.
